Traveler’s Agreement 

Mandatory Travel Insurance Requirement. 

As per our Companies Policy, Clients are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that specifically covers scuba diving activities, which is to include but not limited to, trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and emergency evacuation related to any and all emergencies.

Proof of appropriate travel insurance, coverage shall be provided to Coral Dreams Collections One week (1 week) prior trip departure. Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in the denial of participation without a refund.

Airline Scheduling and Routing Disclaimer.

Coral Dreams Collections shall not be held responsible for any changes in pre-confirmed airline scheduling, routing, or operations. All such changes are at the sole discretion of the airlines. CDC will do our very best to work with the respective airlines to secure alternate air reservations that are a possibility. However, any additional costs that may be incurred that are not covered by the airline, will be the sole responsibility of the trip member and shall be paid to CDC prior to the date of Travel. For this reason, travel insurance is a mandatory requirement.

NOTE: 

CDC, retains the right to cancel any trip prior to departure. Should CDC cancel a trip for reasons beyond its control, CDC will provide a full refund of land cost, which constitutes full settlement.  CDC. is not responsible and will not be held liable for the following:

Additional expenses incurred by trip members in connection with the trip. Inclusive of but not limited to, non-refundable airline tickets, visa fees, equipment, medical expenses, damages to personal properties of any kind. Should your trip be cancelled or rescheduled for ANY reason.

None Acceptable Behavior Policy.

1. Should any prospective traveler conduct themselves in a rude, disrespectful, or offensive manner, or in any way attempts to create an unsafe situation within the dive group or with any member of the group, or any of the other divers, he/she may be removed from the trip before or during the said trip, 

2. Should this situation Occur prior to, or any part of the said trip, the diver/traveler will automatically lose the trip deposit and all monies paid toward the trip.

3. Diver/traveler agrees that should this situation occur Diver/traveler will lose all unused portions of the dive trip and must seek his/her own alternative way home. 

4.  Any and all expenses incurred by the said diver/traveler removed from the trip, will be the sole responsibility of the diver/traveler. Diver/traveler will at this time remove themselves from the resort/live-aboard immediately.

5. It will be the sole responsibility of the Diver/traveler to source other accommodations if they so choose to remain in the area but will not be a part of the existing excursion with CDST. Diver/traveler agrees that their deposit and payments made on the trip will be immediately forfeited. Diver/traveler must in no way attempt to interact with the leader or other divers/travelers on the trip.

6. The Recipient/ Diver/traveler agrees to indemnify and hold the CDC harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees, including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against the Recipient that results from the acts or omissions of the Recipient/ Vendor, employees, agents, and representatives.

Coral Dreams Collections Travel Agreement

Thank you for choosing Coral Dreams Collections (hereafter referred to as CDC, LLC.) for your dive travel. We strive to make sure you have an awesome experience on our dive trips and put much planning into making your experience enjoyable. Please read over the following travel agreement and let us know immediately if you have any questions or concerns. We try to be upfront with all arrangements so there are no hidden surprises or small print you're not aware of.

General Terms and Conditions

· By booking a dive trip with CDC, LLC., you agree to the terms set forth in this travel agreement.

· All divers must hold a valid diving certification and present it upon request.

· All bookings must be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date.

· CDC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

· Traveler must agree to the included Trip Cancellation Policy and Travel Liability Waiver.

· Some included activities or amenities of trips may require a minimum number of booked travelers, CDC will do it’s best to notify traveler of any changes from trip listing prior to travel.

Airfare- If airfare is included or offered as an add-on to a trip:

· It is the responsibility of the diver/traveler to check in with the airlines 48 hours prior to your flight to confirm flights.

· Due to fluctuations in airline fuel surcharges, airfare prices are subject to change without notice until airfare is paid in full. This is true even with reserved seats. Not our policy, airline policy.

· All group travel, which included air fare is subject to a minimum of 10 travelers booked and paid at least 100 days from date of departure.  Should the minimum not be met, we will advise of any changes in the air fare.  Should the airfare go up, and you do not want to pay the increased prices, you may cancel subject to the standard cancellation policy. Again, this is why travel insurance is required.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

· A deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.

· The remaining balance must be paid no later than 100 days before the departure date.

· All trip cancellations made between the date you place your deposit reserving your place on the trip and the day of departure will incur a100% cancellation fee.

· No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the date the deposit is made (funds will have been paid directly to the entity (resort or live-aboard, flights, etc and not refundable to CDC. This is why we require dive travel insurance prior to departure of the trip.

Room Rates, Occupancy, and Payments

· All prices posted are per person and based on full room occupancy.

· A supplemental charge will apply to all who travel alone, or parties that cannot fill a room.

· If desired, we will do our best to pair single travelers with a roommate but cannot guarantee.

· Supplemental costs vary based on destination and will be listed with each trip, if applicable.

· Should occupancy vary per the resort or live-aboard, and diver/traveler not be able to have a private room, the supplemental costs will be returned to diver/traveler from CDC.

· Deposit amounts and payment schedule vary based on the trip; however, the following general policy applies:

o 1. Deposit is due at time of booking dependent on the total amount of the entire trip and the length of the trip. A minimum amount of $400 is required for land-based trips of one week duration (example dive trip to Cozumel).  A 25% deposit is required for all trips over one (1) week duration or on a liveaboard.

o Diver/traveler can utilize the PayPal Portal provided to purchase a dive trip. A diver/traveler must complete the application with PayPal to utilize this function in purchasing dive travel.

o 1st Payment- Due no later than 180 days before the date of departure.  Your payment must equal at least 60% of total price (plus deposit)*.

o Final Payment- Due no later than 90 days before the date of departure. Your trip must be paid 100% in full.

o *Certain Trips require an alternative payment schedule to attend trips with them.  You will be alerted if this is the case, prior to placing your reservation/deposit for the trip.

Travel Insurance

· It is required that all travelers purchase travel insurance that covers scuba travel, accommodations, food, and diving to protect their investment in the dive trip.

· It is also required that DAN dive insurance covers scuba diving activities be purchased, CDC will not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the trip that is or was beyond our control.

Health and Safety

· All divers must complete a medical questionnaire before participating in any diving activities.

· It is the responsibility of each diver to be fit and healthy for scuba diving.

· CDC reserves the right to refuse participation to any diver who does not meet the health and safety requirements.

Equipment and Gear

· All divers must provide their own diving equipment or rent it from the dive resort or live-aboard, who will ensure that all rental equipment is properly maintained and meets safety standards.

Travel Arrangements

· The resort/live-aboard will provide transportation to and from the dive sites as specified in the trip itinerary.

· Any additional travel arrangements or special requests must be communicated to CDC at the time of booking.

Liability Waiver

· By participating in a dive trip with CDC, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with scuba diving and dive travel, therefore agreeing to waive any claims against CDC, LLC., its agents, and employees.

· A liability waiver must be signed by all participants before any dive activities commence.

Customer Conduct

· All customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the guidelines set by CDC staff.

· CDC reserves the right to remove any customer from the trip for disruptive or unsafe behavior at any time. Thus, the customer will forfeit (not be refunded) any portion of the trip that has been paid to CDC.
